Ally Glass was promoted to communications assistant in May 2026. In her role, she serves as the primary media contact for women's soccer and lacrosse while supporting women's basketball media relations and strategic brand engagement efforts.
During the 2025-26 season, while pursuing her master's degree, Glass served as a graduate assistant in the Cincinnati Athletics Communications office. She was the primary media contact for three programs, including women's soccer, women's tennis, and men's and women's swimming and diving, while also supporting women's basketball media relation efforts.
Glass led the communications efforts for Cincinnati's women's swimming and diving program during a historic season, highlighting student-athlete achievements that included a second consecutive First Team All-America honor at the 2026 NCAA Women's Swimming Championships and a back-to-back Big 12 Champion title.
Throughout the 2025-26 season, Glass helped grow the women's soccer program social media impressions by 50% from the previous season generating 4 million impressions, while also growing the men's and women's swimming and diving program social media audience by 114%.
In addition to her communications responsibilities, Glass served as a timeout coordinator for the majority of Cincinnati's volleyball, women's basketball and men's basketball home games.
A two-time graduate of the University of Cincinnati, Glass earned a bachelor's degree in Sport Administration in Spring 2025 before completing her master's degree in Sport Administration in Spring 2026.
