Andrew Gilbert is passionate about developing the next generation of Bearcats, both on and off the sidelines. A proud University of Cincinnati graduate, Andrew once wore the iconic Bearcat suit himself, creating unforgettable moments for fans while helping build one of the nation's premier mascot programs.
During his time as a Bearcat performer, Andrew helped lead the program to two mascot national championships, earning recognition on the national stage through excellence in performance, teamwork, and creativity. A two-time graduate of the University of Cincinnati, he brings a unique combination of leadership, education, and firsthand experience to every student he mentors.
Off the field, Andrew enjoys spending time with his fiancée, Taylor, a fellow University of Cincinnati cheerleading alum who shares his passion for the Bearcat tradition. Together, they proudly support the spirit program and the university community that brought them together. Whether he's coaching from the sidelines or encouraging students behind the scenes, Andrew's mission is simple: to help college students become confident, contributing members of society while inspiring them to be the best Bearcat fans they can be.
