Angela Adams joined the University of Cincinnati in June of 2021 as a Post-Graduate Intern in Student-Athlete Support Services (SASS) and was hired full-time in July of 2022 as an Associate Director of SASS.
She works with Track & Field and Cross Country as well as lacrosse as its Athletic Academic Counselor. She also holds a leadership role within the department for coordinating and promoting academic awards, especially ones within UC, such as the Legion of Excellence, the Jean Stephens Award and the annual spring graduation celebration.
While working on both master’s degrees at Ohio University, she completed two Graduate Assistantships in the College of Business. One as a Graduate Programs Recruiting GA and the other as an Academic Advising GA in the Career and Student Success Center.
Adams is a member of the National Association of Academic Advisors for Athletics (N4A). She received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Management from Albion College in 2019 and was a 4-year varsity letter winner on the Women’s Volleyball team. She then obtained a Master of Business Administration (2020) and Master of Sport Administration (2021) at Ohio University.
