TicketsAnne-Marie Watson joined UC in June 2026 as Associate Director, Business Operations. In her role, she supports various varsity programs and department units with budgets and daily office operations, with responsibilities that include accounts receivable, purchasing, and contracts.
A native of Oviedo, Florida, Watson came to Cincinnati after serving in business and finance roles at UCF. Following graduation, she worked with the College Football Playoff as a Business and Ticket Operations intern from 2022-23. In May 2023, she returned to UCF as an Assistant Director of Business and Finance and was promoted to Associate Director, Business and Finance in February 2026 before joining UC.
Watson earned both her bachelor’s degree in business and professional communication with a minor in sports business management and her master’s degree in business management from the University of Central Florida. As a student-athlete, she played volleyball at UCF for five seasons from 2017-21, helping lead the program to four American Conference Championships from 2018-21 while earning All-Conference honors from 2018-21.
In addition to her professional experience, Watson volunteered at the College Football Playoff National Championship in January 2026 and coached club volleyball in Orlando from 2017-26.
