Aric Kennedy
Kennedy joined the Cincinnati athletics department in May 2022 following a 10-year stint at his alma mater, Indiana.
 
His roles will include developing, implementing and managing policies and procedures as they relate to ticket and game operations. He will be responsible for fulfilling season, group and individual ticket requests and creating online promotions, among many other duties.
 
In addition to close relationships with UCATS regarding donor relations, premium seating and priority points, Kennedy will supervise the ticket office staff and activities and assist marketing with reports and database maintenance.
 
While in Bloomington as the Assistant Director of Ticket Operations for Sales and Customer Service (starting in January 2014), Kennedy oversaw the sales and operations for men's soccer and baseball, as well as a ticket office service team of three full-time staff members. He also led operations for championship events the school hosted and the IU Athletics Ticket Office Twitter account. Kennedy boasts several years of experience with several platforms in his field, including Paciolan, Ticketmaster and Zipwhip, a text communication software.
 
Kennedy also worked as a ticket office assistant from July 2012 to December 2013. He earned his bachelor's degree in Recreational Sport Management in 2012, followed by his master's in Athletic Administration/Sport Management in 2014, both at IU. 
 
He and his wife, Brianne, have one daughter, Camilla.  All are excited to create a home in Greater Cincinnati.
