Becky Schaaf has served as the Reporting and Data Specialist for UCATS since May 2021. She processes daily Athletics gift donations through both the University of Cincinnati Foundation and the University of Cincinnati Athletics Office. She also maintains accurate and up-to-date donor and gift information in both the Foundation and Athletics Fundraising databases, practices best business practices, and provides fundraising reporting and analysis.
Prior to UC, she held the position of Database and Development Coordinator at Ursuline Academy here in Cincinnati.
Her experience includes serving as a Technology Specialist at St. Susanna Parish School for two years before becoming a Technology Coordinator from 2014-19. She was a Teacher’s Aide at St. Susanna Parish School from 2011-12. She also was a Systems Integrator for Luxottica from 1992-2000 and a Systems Consultant for Accenture from 1989-93.
Schaaf has been a member of the University of Dayton Alumni Association for 34 years as well as a member of the NACDA and NAADD for one year each.
The Kettering, Ohio native earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management Information Systems from the University of Dayton in 1989.
Schaaf has two children with her husband Michael. In her free time, she enjoys biking, hiking and reading.
