TicketsBill Bailey joined the Cincinnati compliance staff in the Summer of 2026.
He previously served as the Director of Compliance at Wofford College from 2024-2026, where he handled all aspects of NCAA compliance, NIL, academic eligibility, amongst other duties. While at Wofford, he served as secondary sport oversight of men’s and women’s soccer. Prior to returning to college athletics, Bill spent three years as a criminal prosecutor in the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office in Chicago.
Bill received his bachelor’s from the University of Alabama in Marketing in 2017, and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Illinois College of Law in 2021. He served as an Athletic Student Assistant in the office of Academics and Student Success while at Alabama.
