Cameron Dietz

Cameron Dietz joined the Cincinnati Sports Performance team in February 2024. He handles all aspects of strength and conditioning for the baseball program as well as the men’s and women’s golf teams.

Dietz is a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and is a certified strength and conditioning coach through the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association.

He also holds certifications from United Stats Weightlifting and the Titleist Performance Institute.

Throughout his career, Dietz has coached multiple MLB, NFL, and MLS draft picks and more than 30 all-conference honorees.

Prior to coming to Cincinnati, Dietz spent two years at Eastern Michigan working with their baseball, women’s basketball, and volleyball programs. Prior to that, he spent three years at Utah Valley University working with baseball, softball, wrestling, men’s and women’s golf, and men’s soccer.

He earned Assistant Coach of the Year awards at both Utah Valley and Eastern Michigan.

Dietz has also held internships at The University of North Texas and University of Delaware.

Dietz earned his bachelor’s degree in exercise science from the University of Colorado Springs in 2015 and received his master’s degree in exercise physiology from the University of Northern Colorado in 2019. As a graduate assistant at Northern Colorado, he was tasked with working with the football and baseball programs, among several duties.

An Elizabeth, Colo. native, Dietz and his wife, Kelsey, have three children: Jax, Olive, and Bodhi.
