Carissa Fumarola joined the University of Cincinnati as an intern football athletic trainer in August 2022. Her role includes coverage of UC’s football team and supervising the student managers.
Fumarola previously served as an athletic trainer for the minor league hockey team, Cincinnati Cyclones. She also worked with Miami (OH) women’s soccer, men’s baseball, and men’s hockey.
Fumarola graduated from the University of Miami (OH) in 2022, earning her bachelor’s degree in athletic training.
