Hairston started at the University of Cincinnati in April of 2015.
He currently serves as the Assistant Athletic Director for Ticket Operations.
Prior to UC, Hairston worked at Oregon State University for nearly 10 years. During that time Hairston was responsible for generating over $100 million in ticket sales. He contributed to the sales for the fourth highest attended football game in Oregon State history and set a school record with 27,000 season tickets sold during the 2010 season.
Hairston also oversaw the Athletic Department's concession and merchandising relationships, coordinated all ticket communications and ushered in the digital ticketing initiative and streamlined processes for better customer experience.
Hairston graduated from Bowling Green State University in 2004 with a degree in Sport Management.
