TicketsChaz Coleman was hired in March 2023 and will serve as the Director of Athletic Operations for the Cincinnati Athletic Operations Services (CAOS) staff.
Coleman comes from Missouri, where he worked as the Athletics Facilities Coordinator since 2022. In his role, he oversaw the Tigers’ football facility, Memorial Football Stadium and the gymnastics practice facility.
Additionally, he served as the Director of Football Operations at the University of Richmond from 2017 to 2019.
He interned in marketing with the Pittsburgh Steelers and Washington Commanders and also served as a graduate assistant in operations at Richmond in 2016.
Coleman holds a master’s degree from the VCU Center for Sports Leadership (2016) and a bachelor’s degree in business management from Saint Vincent College (2012) - where he was a student-athlete on the football team.
He and his wife, Kelsey Mims, have a daughter, Vera, and a son, Chaz Jr. (CJ).
