TicketsColleen Rooney joined UC Athletics in July 2025 as the Fan Experience Assistant, focusing on elevating the fan experience for football, men’s basketball and women’s basketball while assisting with coordination between athletics and external fan experience partners such as traffic, parking and concessions. In her role, Rooney helps conduct, collect, organize and analyze fan survey and game day data to support improvements to the overall fan experience.
Prior to joining Cincinnati, she earned a bachelor's degree in Sports Administration from Louisiana State University in Spring 2025. She has previously worked in Marketing & Fan Engagement roles with LSU Athletics and the Minnesota Vikings.
