TicketsDaniel Ester II serves as Associate Director of Annual Giving, Athletics, at the University of Cincinnati, where he supports comprehensive annual giving efforts that advance philanthropic support for Bearcat student-athletes.
Prior to his current role, Ester served with the UC Foundation as Assistant Director of Development on the National Team, contributing to broad-based fundraising initiatives and donor engagement strategies in support of the university’s priorities. His transition into development followed a successful start at Cincinnati Athletics, where he joined the department in July 2021 as an Account Executive for Ticket Sales and Services.
In ticket sales and service, Ester was responsible for selling and servicing single-game, season, partial, and group ticket experiences across football, men’s and women’s basketball, and baseball. His role supported revenue-generating initiatives, donor pipeline development, and engagement efforts tied to the Day One Ready campaign and athletics fundraising priorities.
An Akron, Ohio native, Ester transferred to the University of Cincinnati and earned his bachelor’s degree in sport administration in 2020. He is passionate about relationship-building, donor engagement, and leveraging athletics as a platform to create meaningful, long-term impact for student-athletes and the Bearcat community.
