Elisabeth Peskin enters her first season on the Cincinnati Swimming and Diving staff as an assistant coach for the 2023-24 season.

Peskin joins the staff after serving as an assistant coach for a season at Southern Indiana University in 2022-23. She assisted with the instruction of the Screaming Eagles’ inaugural season, which featured three dual meet victories. Peskin also played an integral role in the program’s first Summit League Championship appearance.

Prior to Southern Indiana, Peskin served in a similar role for two seasons at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology as an assistant coach from 2020-22.

Peskin was part of a coaching staff that saw the Rose-Hulman's men's swimming and diving team claim consecutive team titles at the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) Championships in 2021 and 2022. She also helped direct the women’s team to a third-place finish in 2022, the best finish since 2019.

A native of Fishers, Indiana, she attended Indiana State University and was a four-year letter winner for the swim team. She was a two-time MVC Scholar-Athlete, received the teams’ Coaches Award for being an outstanding teammate, and was selected as one of 30 Missouri Valley Conference student-athletes to receive the State Farm MVC Good Neighbor Award.

Her previous field experience includes working as a strength and conditioning intern at Indiana State, serving as a swim camp counselor at Indiana State, and working with the Summer Break Swim Club in Fishers, Indiana.

Peskin graduated with a bachelor's degree in exercise science, and a minor in strength and conditioning, at Indiana State in 2020.
