Emilie Graham

Former Bearcat rower Emilie Graham is the newest member of the Cincinnati staff, becoming a full-time assistant in 2006. Graham will be active in all areas as a member of the staff.

Grahman[apos]s appoitment as assistant coach marks her first full-time coaching opportunity. She was a volunteer assistant under Pam Mork during the 2005-06 season.

At Cincinnati, Graham was a four-year letterwinner for the Bearcats from 2000-04. As a freshman, Graham was named the squad[apos]s most improved athlete. During her junior campaign, Graham helped the varsity eight crew to a fifth place finish at the SIRA Championships. She graduated from UC in 2004, earning a Bacheler of Fine Arts degree with a concentration in sculpture, ceramics and metal casting.

While the UC job is Graham[apos]s first on a full-time basis, it is not the first time she has instructed in the rowing field. During the summer of 2005, Graham coached the Novice team of the Lincoln Park juniors in Chicago, Ill. She also assisted with the novice team at the Lincoln Park Boat Club during the summer of 2000.
