Faith Bergmann

Faith Bergmann joined the Cincinnati Sports Performance staff in July 2025 as a performance nutrition fellow. Bergmann will work with baseball, women's soccer, and track and field.

Bergmann's responsibilities include assisting with nutrition assessments of student-athletes, providing individualized nutrition counseling, and supporting student-athletes in meeting performance, recovery, and body composition goals. She is also tasked with disseminating educational materials, infographics, and presentations to increase nutrition awareness.

Bergmann graduated with her bachelor's degree in microbiology with a biomedical concentration and a minor in chemistry and nutrition from the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse in 2022. She earned a master's degree in community medical dietetics from Vitterbo University in 2025.

She most recently interned with Unstoppable365, where she performed 1-on-1 dietary consults and developed meal plans for clients. She has also had internships with Froedtert South Hospital and Northwestern Athletics. While working with Northwestern, Bergmann assisted with the men's wrestling and women's lacrosse programs as well as working with the football program during its fall camp in 2024.

The Kenosha, Wis. native is a member of the Academy of Nutrition  and Dietetics as well as the American Sports and Performance Dieticians Association.
