Bolander started out as a student worker in the athletic department before graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Media Production from CCM.
He has experience working in the control rooms of every major league team in town with the Cincinnati Reds, FC Cincinnati, and the Cincinnati Bengals.
