Jaclyn Rosen
Jaclyn Rosen is in her first season at the University of Cincinnati as assistant swimming and diving coach in 2014-15.

Rosen served as a volunteer assistant for the Spartans for three seasons while also earning a masters of kinesiology in sports studies from San Jose State. SJSU compiled a 24-5 dual meet record while she was on the staff, including two Western Athletic Conference team championships and eight individual conference champions. Rosen also served as head swim coach of the Highlands Dolphins Aquatic Club for two years while in San Jose, directing a program of nearly 100 swimmers.

She earned Outstanding Graduate Project Award for her master[apos]s thesis, titled [quote]What Division I Swim Coaches Look for in the Recruiting Process.[quote] Her research focused on the talent identification process, examining the behavioral and linguistic techniques used by coaches as they look to identify the fit between a prospective student-athlete and a team.

The San Francisco, California, native was a four-year member of the swim team at Hawaii, serving as team captain during her junior and senior seasons. The Rainbow Wahine captured the WAC team title during her senior year, when she also won the team[apos]s Most Inspirational Award. It was her second team award with Hawaii, as she earned the Coaches Award in 2003-04. Rosen received a bachelor[apos]s degree in kinesiology with an emphasis in exercise science, lifestyle management and leisure activity from the University of Hawaii in 2006.
