TicketsJustin Roberts joined the Cincinnati Athletics Department in May of 2026 where he serves as the Assistant Director of Development within UCATS.
Before joining Cincinnati, Roberts served as the Director of Varsity B (Letterwinner Engagement) at Boise State University, where he developed and executed strategic engagement initiatives designed to strengthen connections between former student-athletes and the athletics department. Prior to Boise State, he was a Development Specialist at the University of Kansas, supporting fundraising efforts through donor cultivation, stewardship, and annual giving initiatives.
A native of Lawrence, Kansas, Roberts was a member of the men's basketball program at Niagara University, where he earned a master's degree in Sport Management.
