TicketsKyler Cress joined Cincinnati's football staff in February 2023 and currently serves as a personnel and recruiting analyst.
He began his current role in March 2025, finishing his bachelor's degree from UC two months later. His responsibilities include assisting in high school and college prospects, which includes leading more than 40 student interns, and working closely with the defensive secondary coaches (David Rowe, Adam Braithwaite) in streamlining recruiting strategies and recruit communication.
He began as a student assistant his freshman year, handling most of those same duties as well as completing data in ARMS, Hudl, PFF and more as well as assisting in on-campus recruit visits.
Cress also worked as an NIL Intern with Icon Source out of Atlanta in a remote role. He is a native of Crozet, Va. He graduated from UC in three years and made the Dean's List in five semesters.
