TicketsLayah Neal joined the University of Cincinnati women’s basketball staff as a Basketball Operations Assistant in October 2024. She was promoted to Sport Program Associate in August 2025.
Neal previously worked alongside head coach Katrina Merriweather as a student manager at Memphis, gaining valuable experience in team operations and program management.
