Lindsay Jaffe currently serves as the Assistant AD for Sport Services. Jaffe was originally hired as the Assistant Director of Compliance in November 2012.
At UC, Jaffe oversees the day-to-day compliance aspects for Football and Women's Soccer. She oversees all aspects of financial aid, housing, and International admissions for UC's student-athletes. Jaffe also serves as the department's liaison to Housing, Student Financial Aid Office, and Student Affairs. She has sport supervision of Men’s and Women’s Swimming & Diving as well as direct oversight of the Sport Services department.
In addition, Jaffe serves as a member of the department of athletics’ equity and inclusion One Team committee and is a member of the University’s Diversity Council. She previously served on the Women Leaders in College Sports Membership committee. In 2017, she was appointed to the American Athletic Conference Swimming & Diving Championships Committee.
Prior to joining the Bearcats' compliance staff, Jaffe worked in the Florida Atlantic University compliance office and served as an intern with Appalachian State University and UNC Greensboro in their athletic departments.
Jaffe earned a Bachelor of Science from Appalachian State University in 2011 and a Master's in Higher Education and Sports Administration from Nova Southeastern University in 2013.
She is an adjunct professor in UC's College of Education, Criminal Justice, and Human Services, teaching International Sport Management.
A native of Weston, Fla., Jaffe was a standout Women's Soccer student-athlete at Appalachian State, earning first team all-American honors from the Jewish Sports Review following her senior season.
