TicketsLydia Radmacher began her role as Assistant Director of Ticket Operations at the University of Cincinnati in October 2026. In this position, she oversees ticket operations for UC Baseball and assists with the Ticket Office Student Worker Program.
Prior to joining the Bearcats, Radmacher served as Ticket Operations Coordinator at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and Xavier University. She also gained experience through an internship with the Cincinnati Reds. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Sport Management from Covenant College in 2023.
Radmacher has participated in the Pacers Sports & Entertainment Career Acceleration Program and Uncommon Sports Group, and was a recipient of the USA Basketball Women in the Game Scholarship in 2023. Her volunteer experience includes working at the Daytona 500, NCAA Men’s Basketball Final Four and Cincinnati Open.
A native of Laconia, Indiana, Radmacher enjoys exploring backroads, fishing, attending rodeos and reading on her front porch.
