TicketsHousum started with the University of Cincinnati in August of 2016 as the Bearcats head coach of the dance program.
Housum brings over 25 years of dance experience including four Collegiate National Dance Championships. The Louisville, Kentucky native was a three-time National Dance Association All-American. She traveled nationwide while competing with the University of Louisville for four years and McLennan Community College for two years
In addition to training students on proper techniques for several styles of dance, Housum was also responsible for several fundraising efforts. Throughout her career she has choreographed multiple routines for both competitions and events.
The Bearcats dance program has won a total of 10 World Championships and have been selected as Team USA’s representative in the competition six times since 2009 including each of the past four years. The Bearcats have won two consecutive International Cheer Union (ICU) World Championships in the Team Cheer Hip-Hop Division.
