Michal Miller enters her third season as Director of Player Personnel / Assistant Coach in 2025-26. Miller added on-court coaching responsibilities to her role as director of player personnel after she was announced a part of the staff in April 2023 following three seasons on Merriweather's staff at Memphis and Wright State.
In 2024-25, Miller helped lead the team to its best winning percentage since 2019-20, including UC's highest non-conference winning percentage (.800, 8-2) since 2005-06 and its most conference victories (7) since 2019-20.
Prior to her arrival in Cincinnati, Miller spent two seasons as a video coordinator at Memphis. She also served as a volunteer coach with Katrina Merriweather at Wright State in 2020-21, where she was responsible for a multitude of operational and managerial aspects.
The Michigan City, Ind., native closed out the final two seasons of her playing career under Katrina Merriweather at Wright State from 2018-20, where she became only the second player in program history to earn 2019 Horizon League Tournament MVP honors and was also named to the 2020 Horizon League Second Team.
Before joining the Raiders, Miller led Trinity Valley Community College to the NJCAA National Championship appearance after starting at Arizona.
