Noah Nichols

Noah Nichols joined the UCATS staff in July 2025 as its Director of Development.

Nichols comes from his alma mater, Virginia Tech, where he most recently served as its Major Gifts Officer at the Hokie Club.

"Noah brings a strong track record of fundraising, he's one of the young stars in the industry," Tristan Mulcahy, Cincinnati's Deputy AD and Associate Vice President, Development said. "We look forward to welcoming him to Cincinnati."

Nichols previously worked at the Hokie Club at Virgina Tech as a Leadership Gift Officer and as an Assistant Director for Donor Growth Strategies. Highlights of his tenure included raising more than $1.5 million in new gifts and commitments for the 2026 fiscal year, including six gifts of $100,000 or more. He also worked with the marketing and ticket operations teams in Blacksburg.

The South Hill, Va., native graduated in 2020 with his bachelor's degree in public relations while minoring in business leadership. and comes to Cincinnati with his fiancée, Becca.
