TicketsPeter Abrams is in his first year as the Director of Scouting for the football program and his fifth year overall with the University of Cincinnati athletic department.
Abrams was promoted to a full-time role ahead of the 2025 season, serving as a Player Personnel and Recruiting Analyst.
Prior to his full-time promotion, he spent four years (2021–2025) as a football player personnel and recruiting assistant intern. In that role, he evaluated film for 8–10 high school and college prospects daily to streamline evaluation pipelines for the coaching staff. He also organized logistics for all official and unofficial recruiting events across the primary recruiting calendar and assisted coaches with roster analysis, conducting five-year case studies to identify personnel trends.
Abrams first joined Bearcats Athletics in 2021 as a marketing and fan experience intern before transitioning exclusively to football operations. During his time with marketing, he managed on-field camera operations for five varsity sports, redesigned promotion for the spring football game, and structured in-game marketing scripts to ensure corporate sponsorship obligations were met.
