TicketsSam Koppen began his role as Videoboard Experience Specialist at Cincinnati in September 2026. In this position, he oversees in-game presentation and develops and manages videoboard content and assets designed to enhance fan engagement and the overall game-day experience.
Koppen brings extensive experience in athletics and game presentation. He began his professional career serving four years in the United States Marine Corps, earning the rank of Sergeant and leading 20 Marines. Following his military service, he began his career in athletics with UNCW Athletics and the Wilmington Sharks before joining the Wheeling Nailers as Manager of Game Operations & Activation. He later joined the University of Toledo, where he was promoted to Assistant Director of In-Game Video Production and led game presentation and videoboard production for multiple sports.
A native of Spencer, Iowa, Koppen earned a bachelor's degree in Recreation, Tourism and Sport from the University of North Carolina Wilmington in 2022.
