Symone Denham joined the University of Cincinnati women’s basketball staff as Assistant General Manager ahead of the 2025-26 season.

Denham most recently served as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator at ETSU, following two seasons in the same role at Bradley. She also spent five seasons on the University of New Mexico staff, beginning as video coordinator in 2017 before being promoted to assistant coach in 2018 and serving as both assistant coach and director of basketball operations during the 2019-20 season. During her tenure with the Lobos, New Mexico posted a 105-50 (.677) record and made four WNIT appearances.

A five-time honoree in the WBCA Thirty Under 30 program, Denham has been recognized as one of the top up-and-coming women’s basketball coaches under the age of 30.

Denham played collegiately at Wright State from 2012 to 2016, helping the Raiders to the program’s winningest team in history and the 2014 Horizon League championship. She earned a spot on the 2015 Horizon League All-Tournament team and served as team captain during her senior season while representing the squad on Wright State’s Student-Athlete Advisory Council. She graduated in 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in business finance and economics and began her coaching career as a graduate assistant at Lourdes University while completing her MBA in December 2017.
