At Cincinnati: Was bestowed the honor of Master Strength and Conditioning Coach, the highest honor in the profession in May 2002.
Joined Staff: Joinied the UC staff in 1998 after eight years at Army.
Previous Experience: Assistant Strength Coach at Army 1990-92; promoted to head coach in 1992, holding that position for six years.
Background: BA Education, Muskingum College, 1988; Masters Education, Cincinnati, 2005. Lettered four times in football while at Muskingum.
