E. Todd Moore joins the Bearcats with 19 years of coaching experience at the high school, college, and A.A.U. levels.

Moore spent the 2007-08 season as coach and director of player development at Apex Academies, a prep school and training center in Pennsauken, N.J. He spent the previous two seasons as varsity girl[apos]s coach at Potter[apos]s House Christian Academy (2005-06) and Esprit de Corps Center for Learning (2006-07), both in Jacksonville, Fla.

Moore got his start at Simon Gratz High School in Philadelphia, Pa., as an assistant boy[apos]s basketball coach, where he worked with eight Division I signees and two future NBA players. He coached NBA all-star Rasheed Wallace to USA Today National Player of the Year honors in the 1992-93 season at Simon Gratz and helped the school to a 31-0 mark, a national No. 1 ranking, and a mythical national championship according to USA Today.

Moore then spent one season as an assistant men[apos]s coach at Morgan State and two seasons at Howard Community College before becoming head boy[apos]s A.A.U. coach in Columbia, Md.

His A.A.U. credentials include nine years of coaching, a pair of Maryland state championships, and two trips to the national tournament in Florida. Moore coached current NBA superstar Carmelo Anthony at the Mount Royal Recreation Center in Baltimore.

Moore also spent time as a men[apos]s assistant at Dundalk Community College (1997-2000), Benedict College (2001-02), and Edward Waters College (2002-03).

A 2005 graduate of Edward Waters College, Moore earned a bachelor of business degree in organizational management. Moore lettered in basketball at Edward Waters College in 1983-84 following a stint at the New Mexico Military Academy, where he played prep basketball.
