TicketsTrever Wright was promoted to Associate AD of Student-Athlete Management in 2025. He leads all revenue-sharing and salary cap management for Cincinnati Athletics and also oversees Cincy Connect NIL.
Wright led UC's compliance office for several years before moving into his current role. His leadership and expertise have been instrumental in guiding the Bearcats into the new era of college athletics.
A member of the Athletic Director's Executive Staff, Wright previously served as Associate AD for compliance since 2018 and was the sport supervisor for track and field and cross country.
He has served on many committees including the National Association for Athletics Compliance (NAAC) Marketing and Strategic Communications Committee as well as the NCAA EC Advisory Committee.
Wright came to Cincinnati in 2014 as the Senior Director of Compliance having spent three years at UNC Greensboro, most recently serving as the Director of Compliance. Prior to that, he worked in the compliance departments at Florida State University and Indiana University.
A native of Huntley, Illinois, he earned his bachelor of science in kinesiology from Indiana University and his master of science in sports administration from Florida State University.
He is married to Grace Kroner Wright and the couple has two children, Caden and Nolan.
