TicketsTyler Gilman joined the University of Cincinnati Athletics staff as a Senior Sales and Service Consultant in August 2026. In his role, he manages outbound and inbound calls for all ticketed sports while working to meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals and provide exceptional customer service. He also collaborates with the UC athletic department and UCATS to maximize revenue-generating opportunities and maintains prospect and customer records within the ticketing and CRM database.
A Cincinnati native, Gilman began his career in collegiate athletics as a marketing intern with UC Athletics in 2023. He later joined the Cincinnati Reds, serving as a Ticket Sales Consultant from January through October 2025. Gilman then worked at Michigan State as an Account Executive from November 2025 through August 2026 before returning to Cincinnati and joining the Bearcats staff.
Gilman earned a bachelor's degree in Sports Administration from the University of Cincinnati in 2024. During his time at UC, he was named to the Dean’s List each year.
Outside of work, Gilman enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing golf and playing pickleball.
