Zach Wooldridge was named Director of Graphic Design for Cincinnati Football in February 2026. In his role, he leads the creative vision and visual identity for the Bearcats football program, overseeing the design and execution of graphics for recruiting, social media, internal branding, signage, and print materials.
Prior to returning to Cincinnati, Wooldridge spent three years with the United States Air Force Academy Athletics Department in Colorado Springs. He began as Manager of Football Creative, directing all creative content for the football program, including photography, videography, and graphic design for recruiting and social media. He was later promoted to Assistant Director of Graphic Design, serving as the secondary designer for all 30 varsity sports while also working as a primary photographer for multiple programs. In his final role as Director of Graphic Design, Wooldridge led the visual direction for Air Force Athletics, overseeing design identity, photography coordination, and creative strategy across all sports.
A Carmel, Indiana, native, Wooldridge earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication Design from the University of Cincinnati's College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning (DAAP) in 2022. During his time as a student, he gained valuable experience as a Bearcats Digital Design Intern from 2021-22, helping produce creative content for Cincinnati Athletics before beginning his professional career.
When he's away from the office, Wooldridge jokes that working in college athletics doesn't leave much time for hobbies, but he remains passionate about creative storytelling and visual design in sports.
