Hey everyone, sorry it has been so long again. I've been pretty busy with school and what not. Anyways, it is almost the end of the quarter and I am so pumped! We had our last "river" today and everyone passed so now we get our locker room and equipment back just in time for our first spring practice... TOMORROW!!! I can't wait, I actually get to practice, it has been SOOOOO long. I am not allowed to do everything, like go to the ground and dive around but I am allowed to pass and play some defense. I am so excited! The only bad part is this ridiculous looking thing I have to wear over my brace so that I don't damage my good leg with the stupid brace they make me wear. Oh well, Sheela (our trainer) said I don't have to wear it in games so I guess that's all that really counts.
Not only do we start practice, BUT there are only two weeks left in the quarter which means that in approximately three weeks Jessie, Jami, and I will be laying on the beach in Florida! We are going to Ana Marie Island, south of Tampa. Jami's family owns a condo down there and we are going to go relax and hang out on the beach for a week! I am so excited to get out of this snowy/rainy, cold weather! I just have to focus for these last two weeks of school and get my projects and tests taken care of! Well hey there everyone. I don't have much to say because life has honestly been very boring. Nothing much to talk about other than waking up early, running, lifting, and classes all of which are such a blast let me tell you!
Sooooo let's talk about the EXCITING stuff! The Indianapolis Colts are the 2007 World Champions! I'm the happiest girl EVER! The game was absolutely CRAZY! I was a little nervous after the opening kickoff, but then once the Colts got the ball I knew they were going to win! I watched the game with my roommate Allison, who plays golf, and then some of her golf teammates. We had a lot of fun watching all of the funny commercials. My favorite was either the Rock, Paper, Scissor one or the one with Carlos Mencia. I just love Super Bowl commercials. GO COLTS!
Tonight there was a huge parade in downtown Indianapolis and a bunch of schools all over the city were didn't have to go to school. I am so jealous, I wish I could have experienced that stuff! I wore my Colts jersey all day yesterday and all day today! I'm such a proud fan! Alright I will stop rambling on about my Colts to all of you. I will be in touch later and hopefully my life will have taken an exciting turn to the wild side by then. Have a great week!
