Football Season Ticket Purchase Guide

Buying Tickets

Sign in to the Bearcats Account Manager to renew, purchase and manage your tickets – as well as donate to a UCATS fund!

STEP 1

Navigate to am.ticketmaster.com/bearcats and select ‘Sign In’ in the top right corner. We recommend that you bookmark this page for future use).

If the email address you used to sign in is already associated with a Ticketmaster account, please use the “Linked Ticketmaster Account” instructions below. If that email is not associated with Ticketmaster, please use the “New Users” instructions below.

Linked Ticketmaster Account: If the email address that you used to sign in is already associated with a Ticketmaster account, you can use the same password to sign in! If you do not remember your password, you can use “Forgot Password” to reset.

New Users: If the email address is not associated with Ticketmaster: 

  • Enter your email address at the Sign In screen
  • Click “Continue”
  • If the email is not recognized, Ticketmaster will ask you to create your account with a password, first name, last name, and zip code
  • Next, you will need to verify your email and phone number
  • Once verified, click “Done” to login
  • Read and scroll through both the Ticketmaster and University of Cincinnati Terms and Conditions (Please note – that you must scroll to the bottom of each)
  • Once complete, click “Agree” to continue to your account

STEP 3

Once you sign in, please click 'Buy Tickets' in the menu bar. Either choose the specific sport, or “All Tickets”.

STEP 4

Click “Select” on the ‘2026 Football Season Tickets’ event.

STEP 5

  • Use the “+” and “-“ in the top left to adjust the quantity of tickets. 
  • Change your views of the virtual venue through the various options on the left panel.
  • Click on any section with a green dot to see available tickets.

STEP 6

Hover over the seats in green to see the view from the seats and make a selection!

STEP 7

  • Drag the screen to see a 360° view from the seats.
  • Review the total price and click “Add to Cart” when ready to proceed.

STEP 8

Open the cart in the top right and click “Continue” when ready to proceed.

STEP 9

  • Review the tickets in your cart.
  • Either click “Continue Shopping” if you would like to purchase something additional or “Checkout” to finalize.

STEP 10

Choose any add-on to the purchase or click “Skip & Continue” to finish the purchase.

STEP 11

  • Choose the payment options based on what’s available at the time of your purchase.
  • Enter your credit card information.
  • Read and “Accept the Terms and Conditions”.
  • When ready, click “Pay Today”.

You’re All Set! We can’t wait to see you in Nippert Stadium this season! Tickets will be manageable under “Manage Tickets” in your account in July.
