SUMMER CLINIC | GRADES 7-12
The University of Cincinnati Summer Cheer Clinic is open to students entering grades 7–12, as well as current college students who are interested in cheering at the collegiate level. This clinic is especially beneficial for male and female athletes who are considering cheering in college—and more specifically, those interested in the University of Cincinnati. The clinic focuses on teaching college-level cheerleading techniques and will include instruction in:
- Coed partner stunting
- Tumbling and jumps
- Game-day performance skills
Please note: this clinic is coed-focused, and we will not be teaching or performing all-girl stunt skills. All female participants will take part as flyers. Instruction will be led by current University of Cincinnati cheerleaders, the UC coaching staff, and alumni, providing participants with direct insight into the expectations and standards of a Division IA program. The University of Cincinnati does not hold formal tryouts so attending clinics at UC enables you to be seen and assessed by the coaching staff. If you are interested in our program, this clinic serves as an important evaluation opportunity.
