BLOOMINGTON, IN - Senior Monica Hundley (Fairfield, OH/Fairfield) broke her own school record in the 60 meter hurdles by nearly one tenth of a second, leading the University of Cincinnati indoor track and field team at the Gladstein Invitational on Saturday (Jan. 26).

Hundley, who has broke her own school record numerous times in the last two seasons, was the top collegiate finisher, crossing the line in 8.63, nearly one tenth of a second faster than her previous best, an 8.72 last season.

Freshman Lilian Jelimo (Kapsabet, Kenya/Kapsabet Girls) was a fifth-place finisher in the 3,000 meters, setting a school record with a 9:55.06. She topped Angie Kist's 2002 mark of 9:57.61.
