// COACH CARL ON THE BEARCATS
"This weekend shows us what we need to continue to work on before our last fall event," said head coach Janet Carl. "We put ourselves behind the first day which is unacceptable and just couldn't make up enough shots to pass anyone. We need to play with the same focus we had during Tuesday's round."

// TEAM STANDINGS
Mississippi State won the tournament with a team total of 858 (285-277-296), followed by USF, Houston and Memphis to round out the top four. Troy and FIU tied for fifth.

The Bearcats will next travel to the FIU Pat Bradley Invitational on November 2-4. The event will wrap up the fall season for UC.
