FERNANDINA BEACH, Fla.
- Rain forced the final round of the Amelia Island Collegiate to be cancelled and caused the shortening of the event to just Monday's 36 holes. The Bearcats finish sixth at the event out of 15 teams.

// COACH CARL ON THE BEARCATS
"We are disappointed we didn't get the third round in today, but are very proud of the players effort yesterday," stated Carl. "We're looking forward to continue to build on our success in the next event."

// BEARCATS ON THE COURSE
During Monday's two rounds the Bearcats were one of only six teams to post sub-300 scores. Stefanie Mitchell (Sarasota, Fla./Riverview) and Ashley Cassidy (Doylestown, Pa./Central Bucks East) each posted 74's Monday, marking the lowest individual rounds for the Bearcats. Every member of the scoring team posted a pair of rounds of 79 or better, the only squad to achieve the feat during the day.
