// COACH TOTH ON THE BEARCATS
"All of our girls have gotten quality matches against very good competition thus far," stated head coach Eric Toth. "It was good to see Kelly advance to round two today. Lauren was very good in defeat today against the top-seeded player. When you get into these events it is about making the most of the opportunity before you. I felt Lauren did that today. She competed about as well as she could have against one of the elite players in all of college tennis. Kelly gets a similar opportunity tomorrow against a nationally-ranked opponent. My hope for Kelly is that she is able to play her brand of tennis and plays opportunistic enough to be right there in the match's most important moments."
