CINCINNATI - Fans are invited to join the University of Cincinnati women's tennis team for a fundraising event called Play It Forward on Sunday, September 8. The pro-am style event will provide participants the opportunity to play with and against the current Bearcats team at the Hyde Park Country Club in Cincinnati.
"We encourage all Bearcats tennis fans and supporters of Bearcats Athletics in general to support this event," Head Coach Eric Toth said. "UC Athletics is such a good product and our program and the girls that make up our team are no exception. Engagement with those that care about Bearcats Athletics and our Women's Tennis team is paramount to any college program and the Play It Forward event will certainly provide a chance for all involved to get an up close and personal look at our program and those that represent it."
Action begins at 9:00 a.m. on September 8 and runs through noon. Following play, lunch will be provided and will include a silent auction. Tickets to play against and with the players is $300 per player and includes lunch following the action. Tickets for those interested in attending the lunch and not playing is $50 per person.
