SCOUTING THE BEARCATS
- The Bearcats have won seven of their last eight games, with their only loss coming to UCF. They have won two games in a row.
- Freshman Abby Walker was named the AAC Offensive Player of the Week for her performance this past weekend. She had 40 points, 25 kills and nine service aces in two games.
- Maria Mallon leads the team with 178 total points and 154 kills. She also leads the team with 183 digs. She reached an impressive milestone Sunday, hitting 1,000 kills for her career.
- Shannon Williams has the third most points (147.5) on the year for the Bearcats. She has been incredibly consistent for the team this year, hitting 10 or more kills in nine games so far.
- Cincinnati is first in the AAC in kills per set (13.29) and assists per set (12.51).
- The Bearcats are outscoring opponents 804-769 this season. They also have 76 service aces on the year compared to 57 from their opponents.

- Memphis is 6-7 (2-2 AAC) on the year. The Pirates went 1-1 this past weekend, getting swept by SMU and then sweeping Memphis.
- As a team, ECU ranks last in the AAC with only 10.60 kills per set. It is getting outscored 546-690 by opponents this year.
- Natalie Tyson leads the Pirates in points (132) and kills (117).
- Janiece Jefferies and Kenzie Beckham have shared setting duties this year, with Jefferies recording 141 assists and Beckham recording 115.
- Amelia Davis is ECU's blocking threat. The 6'5 freshman leads the team with 37 blocks so far this year.
- UC leads the all-time series against ECU 17-3. UC won the last matchup 3-0, which was played on Feb. 12, 2021. The Bearcats are on a six-game winning streak in the series.
