CINCINNATI – After his victory in the 100-meter Dash at the Houston Spring Break Invitational in Houston, Texas, junior Chris Borzor has been named the American Athletic Conference Men's Track Athlete of the Week.
Borzor set a new school record in the 100-meter dash with a time of 10.33, beating the previous record by .03 seconds. He is currently ranked first in the AAC and 15th in the nation in the 100-meter dash. He also ranks first in the AAC and 35th in the nation in the 200-meter dash with his time of 21.03.
NEXT UP FOR CHRIS BORZOR
Borzor will compete next at UC's only home track meet of the year, the Oliver Nikoloff Invitational on April 1-2. He is expected to run in the sprinting races and relays.
