TicketsCINCINNATI – Thanks to an innovative partnership, Cincinnati football season-ticket holders now have more control in the seat upgrade and parking selection processes.
UC Athletics has partnered with Ballena Technologies, a sports and entertainment technology company, and will utilize its state-of-the-art Seats3D seat upgrade software.
"We are excited to offer this interactive way for fans to upgrade or change their seats and pick their parking," said Bria McLaurin, Associate Athletics Director, Ticketing. "The Seats3D process will give fans more control over where they want to sit and park, and ultimately continues our mission to provide best-in-class customer service to all of our fans."
SEAT UPGRADES EASIER THAN EVER BEFORE
Season-ticket holders will have the option to upgrade or move their seats inside Nippert Stadium by using the new system, which allows users to visually see the seat options.
All season-ticket members will receive the option to move or upgrade their seats at a specific date or time (scheduled between April 18-29), based on their UCATS donor ranking. Those not interested will not have to take any action.

PARKING
Season-ticket holders must select their own parking garage for the fall through Ballena, also taking place from April 18-29. No fan is required to change their seats to participate in this parking matter. Over the next week, everyone in the system will receive an additional email detailing instructions for the parking selection process, and no action is needed for those not interested in purchasing. Those seeking ADA accommodations are advised to contact their account executive as soon as possible.
