In addition to Cincinnati, the tournament will include host Dayton and Northern Kentucky.

The two-day tournament will be played on Friday and Saturday, Sept. 9-10, at Graul Tennis Complex and follow a hidden dual format. Cincinnati opens competition with doubles on Friday against Dayton followed by Northern Kentucky, starting at 11 a.m. The Bearcats will then face the Flyers in singles at 3:30 p.m.

Cincinnati returns Saturday to take on the Norse in singles at 9 a.m. before closing out the weekend with final round doubles at 11:30 a.m.

"The energy around practice has been great and we are excited to return to competition this weekend," head coach Eric Toth said. "As a staff, it is always exciting to compete for the first time because it provides us an opportunity to start to piece together the identity and makeup of our team."

The Bearcats return eight letterwinners from last season, including AAC All-Conference honoree Elizabeth Pendergast. The program also welcomes the addition of three freshman in Katie Ferguson, Natasha Opaciuch and Isabel Pacheco.
