CINCINNATI – The University of Cincinnati women's tennis team announced the addition of Logan Cover to the program on Thursday.
"Our team is extremely excited to officially welcome Logan Cover to our program," head coach Eric Toth said. "Logan and all of the Covers are a special family. We have all hit it off from the first time we met earlier this year. We look forward to building a stronger relationship with Logan this season and will treat her as one of our own."
Logan is a member of Team IMPACT and is currenting in her senior year at Western Brown High School in Hamersville, Ohio. Team IMPACT is an organization that matches children facing serious illness or disability with college sports teams to create a long-term, life-changing experience for all involved. The mission of the multi-year program is a mutually beneficial relationship of belonging, empowerment and resilience.
"I am most appreciative of Callie Flanagan for initiating our relationship with Team IMPACT," Toth added. "Without her thoughtfulness, none of this happens."
