2022-23 Women's Basketball Game Promotions, Themes Announced

CINCINNATI – The University of Cincinnati women's basketball promotional schedule and game themes have been announced for the 2022-23 season.
 
With 13 home games on the schedule, see below for all exciting themes and how fans can get the most out of your experience at Fifth Third Arena.

Thursday, November 10 - Tennessee Tech at 5 P.M.

• A Night in Greece // Home Opener
  • In honor of senior Sofia Gritzali, the Greek gods will take over Fifth Third Arena. Fans are encouraged to wear togas and in-game content includes Greek-themed features, contests, and music to celebrate Sofia!

Sunday, November 13 - Radford at 3 P.M.

• Double Trouble
  • Let's continue the celebration of our twin seniors, Jada Scott and Jadyn Scott with Double Trouble Day! This game features twin-specific contests and videoboard content.

Wednesday, November 16 - Toledo at 11 A.M.

• Education Day
  • Local elementary and middle schools in the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area are invited to campus for a field trip! Booths will be set up around the concourse showcasing various Cincinnati departments and student organizations.

Sunday, December 4 - UIC at 3 P.M.

• Superhero Day
  • Fans are invited to come dressed in their favorite superhero costume. All "Superheroes in Real Life" will receive discounted admission (firefighters, police, and healthcare workers).
  • Halftime: Performance Dogs of Ohio

Sunday, December 18 - Southern Indiana at 2 P.M.

• Hoop for the Holidays
  • Get in the holiday spirit with Bearcats as they hoop over the holidays! The first 500 fans in attendance will receive a Cincinnati branded ornament.

Saturday, January 7 - Temple at 2 P.M.

• Arts and Crafts Day // Wear Red
  • Spark your child's creativity by joining Cincinnati Women's Basketball for Arts and Crafts Day! A special ticket offer will be available in early December for a "Paint and Sip" event for kids.

Saturday, January 14 - Memphis at 2 P.M.

• Season Ticket Member Appreciation Day
  • All season ticket members are invited to attend this matchup and receive a specialty item announced at a later date. Want to be a part of this special day? See the link attached above to purchase season tickets.
  • Halftime: Crosby Popcycles

Wednesday, January 25 - Houston at 7 P.M.

• R&B Night
  • Get your groove on with senior Caitlyn Wilson's favorite tunes at R&B Night!
  • Halftime: We will recognize our student-athletes for their academic accomplishments in our annual 3.0/4.0 Ceremony.

Saturday, January 28 - Wichita State at 2 P.M.

• National Girls and Women in Sports Day
  • In conjunction with the UC Sports Administration program, Cincinnati Women's Basketball celebrates girls and women in sports. More information regarding this game will be announced at a later date.

Wednesday, February 8 - UCF at 7 P.M.

• Breast Cancer Awareness
  • Join the Bearcats as we recognize local breast cancer survivors and fighters. The first 1,000 fans in attendance will receive pink pom-poms.

Wednesday, February 15 - East Carolina at 7 P.M.

• Diversity and Inclusion Night // Wear Black
  • Women's Basketball observes Black History Month with a celebration of Black Culture. The first 500 fans in attendance will receive a black Cincinnati Basketball t-shirt.

Saturday, February 18 - Tulane at 2 P.M.

• "We Salute Her" Military Appreciation // Wear Red
  • Cincinnati Women's Basketball celebrates women that are active and retired members of the military. On-court presentations and activations will focus on the brave women who serve our country. A special ticket promotion will be available for all active and retired military at a later date.
  • Halftime: Fully Loaded Dance Studio

Wednesday, March 1 - South Florida at 7 P.M.

• Senior Night
  • Join us as we celebrate our seniors following the conclusion of the game.
  • Halftime: School of Rock Cincinnati

Season tickets are on sale now for the 2022-23 season and provide the best value.
