CINCINNATI – The Cincinnati football team held its final spring practice on Wednesday, the last team workout ahead of Saturday's spring game.
The free Spring Game presented by Skyline Chili is set for a noon start at Nippert Stadium this Saturday. Under the direction of second-year head coach Scott Satterfield, the Bearcats will begin with 30 minutes of drills before engaging in a full scrimmage.
It will be the first chance for fans to see an exciting crop of newcomers that includes 17 transfers and 10 early enrollee freshmen. 2023 Walter Camp All-American Luke Kandra and 2022 AP All-Americans Dontay Corleone and Mason Fletcher bolster a strong batch of returning players as well, which also includes the entire starting offensive line that paved the way for the No. 5 rushing attack in the country last season. Corey Kiner, the Bearcats' leading rusher last season.
Prior to the game a Fan Fest will begin at 10 AM on Bearcats Commons between Tangeman University Center and Arts & Sciences Hall.
The Fan Fest will feature inflatables and carnival games with various prizes, including ring toss, balloon pop, face painting, and more. Additionally, fans will be able to win more prizes by participating in the Spring Football Scavenger Hunt presented by UC Bookstore. Test your knowledge of UC's campus and athletic facilities with clues to be released on the day of the Spring Game.

Additional ADA seating, including new loge-style seating, is being installed in the lower bowl. Season ticket members impacted by these revamped sections will be contacted directly by a UC Athletics representative to discuss accommodations for the upcoming season. The project will be completed in time for the fall.
Additionally, the university has undertaken an O'Varsity Way/Victory Plaza renovation project, stretching from the Gettler Stadium crosswalk at Corry Boulevard to the Lindner Athletics Center, between Sheakley Lawn and the Trabert-Talbert Tennis Center. The brick walkway is being replaced and redesigned with new concrete and architectural concrete banding to match the existing hardscape language on the east side of Fifth Third Arena. Additional landscape, fencing, and utilities work will also be completed. Completion is expected in late summer 2024.
