“Hometown Hero” who returned to Cincinnati to have one of the most decorated two-year stretches ever by a Cincinnati offensive lineman following three seasons at Louisville…Followed head coach Scott Satterfield from the Cardinals to the Bearcats and started 24 straight games, serving as the top-rated right guard in the Big 12 and earned various All-America honors in both 2023 and 2024 – most impressively earning Walter Camp All-America Second Team and Associated Press Third Team honors in 2023…Only allowed one sack over 24 games…Named First Team All-Big 12 in 2023 (AP) and 2024 (Coaches)…Graduated with his MBA and got married while playing at UC.

Proved to be one of the nation’s top offensive guard for a second straight season, snagging All-Big 12 First Team honors from the league’s coaches and Second Team All-America accolades from the Sports Illustrated and the College Football Network…Finished as the highest-graded  
(78.2) right guard in the Big 12 and third-highest graded guard in the Power 4 by PFF…Team captain who led a Bearcats offense that ranked sixth in the Big 12 in total offense (420.6) and paved the way for running back Corey Kiner to rush for a second consecutive 1,000-yard season...The Bearcats had 658 total yards against Towson and 555 total yards at Texas Tech…Cincinnati finished sixth in the Big 12 in total offense…Protected first-year quarterback Brendan Sorsby, who was one of only three quarterbacks in the FBS to throw for 2,500 yards and 18 touchdowns, while rushing for nine scores…Led a masterful offensive line performance in a 24-14 win over Big 12 champion Arizona State, paving the way for UC to rush for 191 yards and three touchdowns on the ground.

Proved to be one of the nation’s top guards in 2023 after transferring back home to Cincinnati (Elder HS graduate) following three seasons at Louisville…Collected Second Team All-America honors from Walter Camp and Third Team accolades from the Associated Press in addition to First Team All-Big 12 recognition from the AP and Second Team All-League from the conference’s coaches…Ranked as the nation’s third-best Power Five guard (81.8) according to Pro Football Focus…Started all 12 games at right guard…His run blocking grade of 82.1 was the second-best among Power 5 guards….Led the Bearcats with 79 knockdowns and a 92% grade from the coaches, rating as UC’s top offensive lineman in 10 of 12 games…The durable team leader logged 895 snaps during the regular season – the third-most of any guard in the country… Led in part by his blocking, Cincinnati ranked fifth in the nation in rushing (217.1 ypg)…The Bearcats also ranked 33rd in the country in total offense (426.1)…Cincinnati logged 667 yards of total offense in his first career start – the season-opening victory over Eastern Kentucky…The Bearcats reached 200 yards rushing nine times, including a 273-yard performance against Miami (Ohio), 277 yards at Oklahoma State and 288 yards versus Baylor…Led by Kandra’s stout run blocking running back Corey Kiner became the 20th Bearcat to rush for 1,000 yards in a season…Did not record a penalty and yielded only two sacks all season.
 
Prior to Cincinnati
Former Elder High School star who was a two-year letterwinner at Louisville, redshirting in 2020 before appearing in 21 games in 2021 and 2022…Expected to have three years of eligibility…Made two starts in 2022 and was key part of offensive line that paved the way for the Cardinals to average 193.4 rushing yards per game in the regular season, a mark that ranked second in the ACC…Started at right guard in 24-10 victory versus Pitt and in the regular season finale against Kentucky…Before college, he was an All-Ohio offensive lineman for a Panthers team that finished 12-3 and was Ohio Division 1 state runner-up in 2019…Former three-star prospect who ranked as one the top players in Ohio and top offensive line prospects in the country…Played guard and defensive tackle in high school and was rated the No. 12 prospect in Cincinnati by Fox19 heading into his senior season.
